A globally seasoned supply chain leader with over a decade of experience spanning global banking, procurement, and logistics β now driving end-to-end supply chain strategy across international markets from Wichita, Kansas.

I am a seasoned supply chain and operations professional whose career bridges the
financial services sector and global logistics.
I began my journey in Bangladesh's premier international banks β Standard Chartered and
HSBC β where I built deep expertise in procurement, risk management, compliance, and
sustainable operations before pursuing advanced academic training in the United States.
At HSBC Bangladesh, I led supply chain and procurement operations across a global
institution, managing vendor relationships, overseeing third-party risk (TPRM), and
championing ESG-driven green financing initiatives.
My cost-saving leadership generated approximately USD $800,000 in organizational savings
through targeted project management.
I hold a Master of Science in Management Science and Supply Chain Management from
Wichita State University's W. Frank Barton School of Business, completed with a CGPA of
3.93/4.00.
During my academic tenure, I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to statistical
and qualitative data analysis.
Today, I serve as a Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Coordinator at ACA
Management LLC, where I develop end-to-end supply chain strategies, manage international
logistics operations, and leverage ERP and TMS platforms to optimize global
distribution.
I am also a certified member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and actively
contribute to the professional community.
Beyond my professional work, I am a passionate researcher who believes rigorous academic
inquiry is essential for advancing the supply chain field.
My research focuses on real-world challenges identified as national priorities in the United States,
particularly in strengthening supply chain resilience.
The COVID-19 pandemic exposed critical vulnerabilities in global supply chains.
In response, national initiatives such as the White House Supply Chain Resilience Initiative and
Executive Order 14017 elevated supply chain security as a top priority.
My research explores how organizations can build adaptive, data-driven supply chain systems that
can withstand geopolitical, environmental, and market disruptions.
My work also aligns with initiatives from the U.S. Department of Transportation,
Environmental Protection Agency, and Small Business
Administration.
I focus on integrating sustainable procurement, ESG frameworks, and third-party risk management to
strengthen both economic resilience and social equity.
I am currently developing research in the following areas:
I am enthusiastic about building meaningful professional relationships with researchers,
academics, policymakers, and industry professionals.
I welcome opportunities for co-authorship, joint research, peer collaboration, and grant projects,
especially those aligned with supply chain policy and innovation.
